From there, you can pick the area that you need help on, and you will be taken to the next available agent who can help you with your query. Sky live chat offers a full service where you can speak about any topic you like including: Phone and broadband enquires, TV, moving home or technical support.  You can also use this service to discuss your account and billing, as well as asking Sky to address and concerns or complaints you have about their service.  This is generally a quicker option than sending emails or waiting in call centers.
