About Saga live chat
Saga offers live chat for its insurance customers, but not for its holidays and cruises. To start a chat, go to Saga’s Contact us – Insurance page and select Chat with us. Saga’s Automated Assistant answers first and asks which product you’d like to discuss. Saga doesn’t publish separate chat hours.
For Saga holidays and cruises, the contact pages only list phone numbers. For example, holiday bookings are on 0808 239 3479, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.

Complain to Saga first and ask for it to be logged. If it isn’t sorted within 8 weeks, or you get a final response you’re not happy with, you can take it to the Financial Ombudsman Service for free.
