Currys’ live chat team is available Monday to Sunday, 7am to midnight. To start a chat, go to the Currys Webchat page and select Try Instant Assistant now, then type your question.
An instant assistant answers first, and it’s available all day, every day. If it can’t help, Currys says you’ll be connected to a member of its support team. If the chat doesn’t appear, Currys suggests clearing your cookies or opening the page in a private window.
